Day 27

this was our first day of viennoiserie (breads, breakfast breads, etc.), and it started out a little rough because all the subway lines were down. somehow everything came out ok in the end.


Sally Lunn Rolls

lots of nice, soft rolls.



Challah

this is delicious. the tricky part is the six strand braid.


i think next time i need to taper the ends a little more.


Orange Cinnamon Swirl Bread

there is orange juice and orange zest in the dough.


and it is rolled up with a cinnamon and sugar swirl.



i have eaten too much bread today.
