i had to make a mille feuille, 5 cheese straws, and 5 palmiers
the palmiers are crooked but baked well. and the cheese straws are pretty, but a little thin, so they are a little dry (but reportedly i won't loose points for the "style" of my cheese straws). i think it all came out pretty well.
