Day 18

day 18 was a test, and i forgot to take a picture of it. the test was a paris-brest (a little tidier with the piping than last time) and three eclairs of each flavor. i put the test in the refrigerator until it was time for it to get graded, and i just forgot. then i took what was left of the test to megan's work, and needless to say, there was no remaining evidence to be photographed. i got a good grade at school, but megan's work claims to need more samples before they can make a decision.

as an apology, i'll post a picture of me in my super-hot chef school outfit.
