puff pastry with edges, creme legere, and fruit.
it looks fine here, but it did not travel so well. that could have something to do with the fact that i cut it in half and put it in ziploc bags for delivery. it tasted ok, but it was really ugly.
Palmiers
there is nothing i don't like about palmiers. crunchy, sweet, delicious. i have eaten a lot of these during this unit.
Apple Tartlette
another apple tart. this time it has puff pastry on the bottom.
